DeepSeek is an artificial intelligence (AI) model made by China. The newly launched AI app is on the top of the Apple store’s downloads, causing significant worry to its competitors like Chatgpt and others.

The app was released on 20^th January and shocked not only the tech world, but also politicians. It compelled Donald Trump to call it as ‘wake-up call’ for US tech companies who could think of competing the China in technology.

The app has importance because, according to the company, it was developed at lower rate than any other leading AI companies OPenAI and others. It is so because Deeseek uses less number of chips, but is still as efficient as the other well-known AI bots.
